The Morgue Project is focused on understanding and addressing the need for appropriate morgue facilities in Nunavut communities.

Communities require reliable and suitable facilities for the respectful care of people who have passed away, but existing infrastructure and capacity can vary from one community to another.

NAM is working to better understand these needs and help identify the gaps, challenges and infrastructure requirements faced by municipalities.
