What is it and why should I attend?
An Annual General Meeting, or AGM, is a meeting held once a year where members of an organization come together to review what has been accomplished, learn how the organization is being managed, and make important decisions about its future.
At NAM's AGM, representatives from Nunavut's municipalities have an opportunity to hear about the Association's activities, review financial information, elect representatives when required, and discuss priorities for the coming year.

NAM's AGM and Conference is more than an annual meeting. It is an opportunity to connect, learn, and discover ideas and resources that can make a difference in your community.
Learn from guest speakers- Hear from knowledgeable speakers who share insights, practical experiences, and new approaches to the challenges and opportunities facing Nunavut's municipalities.
Connect with other communities. Meet Mayors, Councillors, Senior Administrative Officers, and municipal staff from across Nunavut. Exchange ideas, discuss common challenges, and learn how other communities are finding solutions.
Meet partners and service providers. Explore partner showcases and connect directly with professionals and organizations that provide goods, services, expertise, and support to community governments. Discover resources, ask questions, and build relationships that can benefit your municipality.
Engage with government representatives. Connect with federal and territorial government officials, learn about programs and initiatives, and discuss the priorities and needs of Nunavut's communities.
Have a voice in NAM's future.
